Zion gets snow. Lots of it.


There was a ferocious snow storm in Utah, so we pulled off in Scipio. What do photographers do in a snowstorm, and a new town? Drive around looking to neat old things to photograph, of course. This was lit by the lights of my car.



These rocks were already stacked like that. I didn't move them.


I love abandoned old cars. This is an HDR image of a Ford.


Joshua Trees in the Desert....there were thousands on the way to the Grand Canyon. This was at sunset on the way out.

All the way from Holland!

This lovely little girl had no idea what i was talking about. Her first language is Dutch. She got very good at copying my moves. We had so much fun! Her baby sister has the most amazing expressions too!
